European Taxation Letter Request Form

This request is intended for the exclusive use by those Flight Attendants who are required by law to have this letter when filing European tax returns. The request is for 2012 taxes submitted in 2013.

The AFA International Office Membership Services Department will receive the request for processing.  The letter produced by Membership Services, needed specifically for filing of European taxes, declares payment of 2012 Union dues.
