Inflight Service App CBT – September 6 Deadline for Completion Approaching

Computer based training (CBT) for the recently developed Inflight Customer Service App is available from the Take-off Learning Network home page.  Completion of this CBT is mandatory and the deadline established by the company for completion is September 6, 2017.  Flight Attendants will received one (1) hour of training pay for completion of the CBT as required under the terms of the JCBA.
