Deadline to Complete Inflight Service App CBT Extended to Sept 18

In light of the impact of Hurricane Harvey and in response to AFA advocacy, the deadline to complete the Inflight Service App CBT has been extended to September 18, 2017.

 The CBT introduces the features of the Sales and Customer Issue Resolution app and must be completed on a laptop or desktop computer.  If you have difficulty accessing the CBT, contact the Help Desk Support Team in one of two ways:  By telephone at 1-877-825-3729, opt. 7 or by e-mail at TOL-Help@united.com.  For additional information, please contact your Local Council Representative.

 It is important to note, the company will be pulling down the Sales & Customer Info Apps as planned on September 6, 2017.  As of that date, Flight Attendants will be required to use the Inflight Sales app onboard the aircraft.
