core4 Score Rewards - 2018 Operational Performance Rewards Program

On March 2, 2018, the company announced their core4 Score Rewards – the 2018 Operational Performance Rewards Program which will replace the current operational performance bonus program where all employees have traditionally participated.  Expressing a view that this new program is a “more impactful and meaning full program” for all of us, the company plans to award life changing prizes to over 1,300 employees each quarter at the Earnings Live event.

Drawings will be held when any of the following criteria are met by the collective:

1.     Achieve top tier D :00 and meet the internal goal for the quarter

2.     Achieve top tier Completion and meet the internal goal for the quarter

3.     Meet the United Beat scores for the quarter

Individually, the company is introducing a concept of showing up consistently for customers and each other.  In order to be eligible to win a prize, you need to have perfect attendance during the quarter and not be on active discipline on the last day of the quarter.

Note:  For the first quarter of this year, the company is waiving the perfect attendance requirement.

With this new program combining operational performance with dependability, the current Perfect Attendance program will go away. 

Note:  There will be one more perfect attendance drawing in May 2018 for those who qualified in 2017 under the former program.

Results will drive prizes:


Winners per Quarter

$100,000 cash


Mercedes C Class or $40,000


Platinum United Vacations or $20,000


Gold United Vacation package or $10,000


$5,000 Cash


$2,000 Cash
