Earlier today during the period from 2:30pm to 7:30pm Central time, there was a computer problem that prevented access to the Flying Together and employeeRES websites.
During this time some Flight Attendants reported difficulties listing for flights, accessing e-Learning and placing uniform orders.
As a reminder, the company has published December 31, 2012 as the date by which new uniform pieces must be ordered. In addition, current year uniform points (which cannot be carried over for use next year) must be used by December 31, 2012.
Flight Attendants with a purser qualification should complete the e-learning course (fasw-ldr2012) by December 31, 2012.
For those of you who plan to update your Enrolled Friend for 2013, you must complete the registration process by 7:00PM (Central) on December 30, 2012.
