AFA and ALPA Professional Standards Committee will be issuing luggage tags with the UNION FIRST logo. Professional Standards Members are trained in conflict resolution, can offer a third-party perspective, and can support behavior change through awareness. In fact, contacting your Professional Standards Committee often facilitates a quick resolution to most issues.

This luggage tag is intended to remind all of us of the successful work of our EAP/Professional Standards Committees. These tags will provide information on how to utilize the Professional Standards resource. If you are flying a pairing and find yourself experiencing difficulty working with fellow Crew Members, Pilots or Flight Attendants, please contact a Professional Standards Committee Member immediately.

The Association of Flight Attendants Employee Assistance Program (AFA EAP) is a nationally recognized program that has assisted over 14,000 members in just the past decade. It is the AFA volunteers who make this program work. It is their dedication and fortitude which has made the EAP Committee into a reputable and trustworthy program to which troubled flight attendants, their families and partners may turn to for assistance.

If you have not already registered your account, please do so as soon as possible.
