Merged Seniority List
The Joint MEC met by conference call this evening to discuss a clear call from AFA members to post the merged seniority list, which would become effective upon ratification. The Joint MEC voted unanimously to post the list in a secure location as soon as practicable after all necessary administrative work is done to ensure the list is as up to date as possible with all of the current Flight Attendants. The technical posting and administrative work necessary will require approximately one week. We will keep AFA members updated as we move forward.

Houston Roadshow and Local Council Meeting
Hi everyone. We are in the process of securing meeting space to to hold our upcoming Local Council Meeting. I know that this meeting will largely be centered around TA questions and feel you should first have the opportunity to attend the roadshow and ask your questions directly to the JNC members. Not only will you be able to get direct answers from the JNC but you will be able to learn how they came to certain decisions on what is presented in our TA. The Houston Roadshow will take place on July 27th at the Houston Airport Marriott-George Bush Intercontinental from 0900-1300. For the complete Roadshow schedule click here.
We will be scheduling our Local Council Meeting in early August, before the close of voting so you will have a chance for a Q&A with your Local Officers and Info Reps. We will announce this meeting as soon as we secure space so you can plan accordingly
We currently have a desk setup in the crew room where you can talk to Info Reps from both SCO and SUA and ask any clarifying question you may have.
