We have another busy week ahead of us as we get closer to the end of the Tentative Agreement Voting period! We have 7 days remaining to cast our votes! Voting ends at 1200 Eastern Friday, August 12. If you haven’t received voting materials or need new ones, please call 1-800-424-2401 Press 1 first and then extension 706.
Phone Banking
The Negotiations Support Activists team will be reaching out to all SFO members over the next few days to ensure you have the materials you need to cast your vote. We recognize the importance of this vote and want to ensure that all voices are heard. If you have already cast your vote and do not need to be called, please email us with your name and file number at afasfo@unitedafa.org. Thank you for your help!
Southwest Picketing Event
On Monday, August 8, our brothers and sisters at Southwest Airlines TWU will be hosting a nationwide picketing event at 0800. They are waiting to return to the bargaining table after rejecting their last Tentative agreement over a year ago. Your officers will be in OAK walking the picket lines with them. Please join us in OAK at terminal C at 0800 if you are available.
