Dear Flying Partners:
First and foremost I want to recognize Cari Kershaw for her work on the Joint Negotiating Committee and as President of AFA-CWA Council 60 – LAX. Her work has been valuable and will not be forgotten. Cari is as much part of our Family here in Los Angeles as anyone. I look forward to working together to unify our base and create the best Local Council in the system. I urge all of the candidates who stepped up to run for office to continue involvement on committees. Your service to our Union is valuable and welcomed.
I want to assure you all that under my leadership, every single Flight Attendant has a voice in the New Council 12. I will always be available to everyone, day or night. No matter what pre-merger group any of us come from, we will always have much more in common than our differences.
