Update Travel Eligibles for 2016
Eligible employees and retirees have the opportunity to update their elections for enrolled friend, spouse, or domestic partner beginning December 1st through December 30th at 7:00 PM CST. If you are not making any changes to your enrolled friend, spouse, or domestic partner, no further action is required.
NOTE: If you currently have buddy passes for 2015 and registered regular buddy pass riders, the names of the regular buddy pass riders will NOT carry over to 2016.
Keep in mind; this process does not require a specific enrolment period to register a regular buddy or extended family buddy; however in every instance it is recommended that you allow a minimum of 48 to 72 hours prior to the anticipated travel date for the processing of the registration of any buddy.
Additional information is available from the Travel section of the company’s website under Enrolled Friend. To update your elections, go to the company’s website then Employee Services > My Info > Pass Riders.

eFAOM CBT available Dec. 14
The eFAOM CBT will be available beginning Dec. 14, and you’ll have until 2359 on Feb. 8, 2016, to complete this required training. The CBT will explain eFAOM functionality, review policies and requirements, and outline expectations for the FAA validation period. You are encouraged to complete this CBT as soon as possible in preparation for the Jan. 11 launch of the eFAOM to your Link.
CBT pay is in accordance with your CBA.
As we get closer to the exciting release of the Manuals app for you Link, which contains the eFAOM, we are working to make sure you have all the resources and tools available to answer your questions. There is now eFAOM information on the Link page on Flying Together. We encourage you to check it out.

Update Passport Information
Be sure to update your passport and/or visa information in company records (FAPASS screens in Unimatic and CCS) as soon as you have a new passport and/or visa. This must be done no later than 48 hours before check-in for a pairing that includes travel to a destination requiring these documents.
If your company records are out of date, you may be subject to removal from any assignment for which a passport and/or visa is required. This applies to both line-holders and reserves.
On Behalf of your Council 25 Officers,
