It’s TUMI Luggage Time – Order by December 15

The Tumi® site launched on October 31, 2017. Instructions and a link to order your 2 or 4-wheeled rollaboard, as well as any additional optional accessories, have been sent to your united.com Email account. Ordering is easy, click on the TUMI portal link, create an account that will generate an activation email and instructions.

Note: Flight Attendants should be aware that due to intermittent technical complications, Tumi has suggested that orders be submitted using a desktop or laptop computer, utilizing Internet Explorer, FireFox or Google Chrome as the preferred browser.
We encourage you to place your luggage order by Dec. 15, 2017, in order to receive your new uniform luggage by the New Year. Additionally, a wheeled tote option will be available by March 2018. If you prefer the wheeled tote as your company issued bag option, please contact your base uniform coordinator to sign a form confirming your selection of this option in lieu of the two or four-wheel rollaboard options. Flight Attendants will have an opportunity to purchase one additional rollaboard at the program discount, beginning January 2018. Details will be released soon.

Refer to the FAQ for information and shipping details or contact your Local Council Office for additional information.

2017 CQ Program Concludes in November

November is the last month for the annual CQ 2017 program and December 2017 begins the 2018 CQ program. Those with a “must go” or “due” month in November who do not complete the CQ17 training by the end of November calendar month, you will not be qualified to fly in December and will be required to attend requalification training.

The 2018 CQ Computer Based Training (CBT) must be completed prior to attending class and is available from the Take Off Learning website.

Scheduling for CQ 2018 will continue to be accomplished under the provisions of Contract under which Flight Attendant monthly schedules are governed until all Flight Attendants are on a common scheduling platform.

Additional CQ information can be found on Flying together or see your Local Council Representatives.
