JCBA Pay-Related Implementation Update

In an ongoing effort to provide you with as much information as possible, representatives of the Joint Implementation Committee want to ensure you are aware of those pay-related implementation issues you may encounter in the coming weeks as well as the various steps you can take to resolve these and ensure you are properly paid for the work you have performed. The JCBA Implementation Update page on One United has been updated as a central resource.

As detailed on the Update page, some of these implementation-related automation issues may result in incorrect information in your October Pay Registers. As a reminder, all flight information is stored real-time and is preliminary until you receive your final Pay Register five (5) business days after the bid period closes.  The Flight Attendant Crew Pay Support Team will be monitoring all Pay Registers throughout the month to address any issues and make necessary adjustments or corrections.

While crew pay is committed to ensuring we are all paid accurately, we should realistically expect there will be unintentional exceptions to this commitment.  Closely review your final Pay Register for October, which will be made available on November 7, 2018.  If you think your pay is incorrect, immediately contact the Flight Attendant Crew Pay Support Team to resolve the issue.
