As Flight Attendants from different geographic domiciles have begun flying together, there have been some questions resulting from the different check-in times for crews at the home base and crews arriving from a layover location based on the following from Section 6.R. of our JCBA:

Flight Attendants who arrive at the aircraft from a layover are not “late”.  They are, in fact, arriving on time.  Briefing for the crew should occur at a time and in a place that fosters the inclusion of all Members of the crew.  Briefings are an opportunity for introductions, sharing of information and establishing a common understanding of the schedule Inflight service that is the very foundation of team building.

If you have additional questions, please contact your Local Council Office.
