Understanding Our Pay

In recent days there has been much confusion with understanding our pay, the deduction section of our pay register, taxes, vacation pay and how to report pay discrepancies. In an effort to mitigate some of the confusion, we will be publishing a special series titled “Understanding Our Pay”. Each publication will cover a different section of our pay with the intent of clarifying any misconceptions Flight Attendants may be encountering with understanding how they are paid and what each deduction represents. 

Watch for our first publication to be released this Friday, October 26, 2018. 

Additionally, Flight Attendants are encouraged to review their pay each month and to follow the proper procedure for any discrepancies they may find.
