LINK Alert! Do Not Update Operating System to iOS 12

An unanticipated issue has been identified with the iOS 12 operating system update on the Link that was causing the MY Flight app to crash when launched from the Link home screen. The company has taken action to prevent any further disruptions and has disable the iOS 12 upgrade function until the issue has been resolved.
Flight Attendants who have already upgraded to iOS 12
- If you experience any issues with the My Flight app, contact Link Support and the app will be deleted and reinstalled.
Note: Should you find yourself in a position where you are away from home an unable to use the MyFlight app, those working the Purser/International Purser position are able to request a printed copy of the Inflight Preliminary Report (IPR) from the Customer Service Representative at the departure gate.
If you have not upgraded to iOS 12,
Approved iOS version: 11.4.1 or 12.0.
