New W-2 Vendor - Action Needed for Paperless Option
December 5, 2018
United management has recently announced their selection of ADP as the new vendor for access to our W-2 statements replacing our former vendor, CIC Plus for the 2018 tax year and beyond. Using a phased in approach so as not to overtax the system, employees will be required to take action by December 31, 2018 to select the electronic paperless W2 option.
If you previously selected the paperless option in previous years it will not automatically carryover. Employees will need to access paperlessW2.ual.com and elect the paperless selection again with the new vendor. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
If using a mobile device, do not download the ADP app that will be featured at the top of the page, as it is not able to take your United credentials. Instead, please make your elections directly on the page at paperlessW2.ual.com.
There is a new “View W-2” tile available in My Info for all U.S.-based employees, Guam-based pilots, and international Flight Attendants who used to have access to the “W-2”, “Guam/Intl W2” or “Historical sCO W2” tile. Those employees will be able to access their statements through this tile. Note: Guam Flight Attendants will continue to get their 2018 W2s from their current vendor (Ceridian) and will transition to ADP for the 2019 tax year and beyond.
