Flying Together Website and Help Hub Updates

As might be predicted, recent changes to the company’s website have many of us expressing frustration in our inability to locate information that we were once easily able to access. While change is difficult, it is an essential part of the process of moving forward and, in this case, advancing the sharing of information. While there is no magical way to become familiar with the changes, we can try to make navigating the change a bit easier by passing along some tips to make accessing information consistent.
Once you have logged into the company’s website, locate your name on the top right side of the page. Just below your name you will see a “Favorites” tab indicated with a heart icon. You may customize references to frequently used area of the website.
Once you have customized your list of frequently used places you will be able to simply log into Flying Together, click on the heart icon and your favorites will display in a dropdown menu. You may also add the URL of other relevant pages to your favorites in the same manner. Additionally, as published in E-Lines edition, dated May 15, 2018. United’s self-service portal that provided employees with a one-stop resource to ask questions or obtain assistance from a whole magnitude of services, was upgraded to a new portal as of May 17, 2018 and is now known as Help Hub.
