Hotel & Transportation Reporting Form

MEC Communications Committee 

The Hotel & Transportation Committee represents the United Master Executive Council and, in particular, is the designee of the MEC President. Her/his charge is to inspect hotels for contractual compliance with hotel requirements working in concert with UAL Corporate Travel.

This Committee works closely with the Local Hotel Committees and investigates Flight Attendant complaints regarding layover hotels, transportation and crew lounge issues to ensure maintained Contract compliance or attention to decline in such requirements.

Flight Attendants are encouraged to utilize the proper channels for reporting issues so that there is real opportunity to seek resolution. 

The new hotel reporting form is available on the unitedafa.org website under the Reports tab.

NOTE: It is very important that Flight Attendants not use company email addresses on any AFA reports, subscriptions to AFA newsletters or with any Union email correspondence. Please use your personal email address.
