United has Launched an Enhanced Customer App

United has launched an enhanced app providing new customer service offerings. These include:

  • Ability to check in 24 hours before departure via the home screen.
  • Quick access to information such as flight status & onboard entertainment
  • Directions from your arrival gate to your connecting gate, if applicable.
  • A “My Trips” button that stores important information such as boarding passes and flight details.
  • An inbox icon in the navigation bar that saves useful notifications such as gate changes, flight status updates and boarding alerts.

If you've enabled automatic updates, the United app will automatically update.  Alternatively you may install the latest version of the United app by simply updating your apps on your mobile device.
