Voluntary Supplemental Benefits Enrollment Notice Being Sent in Error

We have received reports from a number of Members that they are receiving “alerts” related to the Voluntary Supplemental Benefits Profile indicating that “may require action on your part.”  In short, the alert indicates 

“You have not yet completed your Open Enrollment. Please complete the enrollment, or contact HR.”

 

This alert is a system generated message that is the result of system testing that is currently underway with our Design Benefits Vendor.  We have been in communication with our vendor today and have been advised of the following:

 

“The alert is false as the link is not live. All members may ignore the email alert. All correct information can be found by clicking on the Voluntary Benefits Announcement located on home page and top scrolling banner of the United AFA site: unitedafa.org
