Take the Crew Scheduling Feedback Survey

Crew scheduling is currently conducting a survey that is intended to collect feedback on your experience when calling the Crew Desk and interacting with the new call support representatives who were introduced, June 26, 2019. Flight Attendants who have called FLTLINE (option 1, 2) during the last three (3) weeks are being asked for their feedback concerning efficient connectivity and courtesy.
