2020 CQ Changes

In the August 28, 2019 Edition of Inflight Services Weekly, the company announced that for 2020, they are shifting the bulk of CQ training out of the summer months of June, July and August.
Flight Attendants who currently have a CQ due month of June, July or August should expect a company email by September 4, 2019 detailing the process for preference bidding of new CQ due months which will be awarded in base seniority order.
The available months for preference bidding of due months are: December 2019 and January - May 2020. CQ 2020 training will be two days with regulatory training on Day 1 and customer service training on Day 2.

Lastly, the CQ 2020 CBT format will be changing from the current single annual set of CBT courses to a trimester format of a set of 3 CBTs that will be distributed across the 2020 training year.
