Unemployment Claims while on Special COLA Require Your Local CWA #

Flight Attendants interested in applying for unemployment benefits are encouraged to visit the official Department of Labor (DOL) website for process information. 

U.S. based Flight Attendants who intend to file a claim for unemployment benefits will be asked to provide their Local Council CWA afflation number. Your CWA number can be found in the chart below and on our website, unitedafa.org. You can locate your Local # by clicking on your Local Council icon. Flight Attendants located in a satellite base should use the CWA # assigned to their main base location.
