U.S. Entry Restriction List now Includes Brazil
May 30, 2020
This week, in addition to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the European Schengen Area*, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the People’s Republic of China, Brazil was added to the list of countries where travel restrictions/entry requirements have been imposed by the United States. Currently there are more than 30 different countries with travel restrictions and U.S. entry requirements. Although some countries are beginning to open, there are others that remain closed. We recommend Flight Attendants review the latest list and stay up-to-date on the latest COVID-19 restriction information.
The European Schengen Area includes the 26 European states that have officially removed border control at their mutual borders: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
