Call Wait Times for Benefits Service Center – Accolade Health & Fitness App

We’ve heard from many of you about the continuing problems you have reported in reaching a representative at United’s Benefits Service Center.   We continue to bring this issue to the attention of United management and have shared some of the unreasonable call wait times many of you have reported while waiting to get benefits questions answered.

In an effort to reduce call wait times, we want to remind everyone of the Accolate Health & Fitness Appthat can be downloaded from the App Store. This tool is very helpful in obtaining claim information for High Deductible, PPO and EPO medical plans.    This device, however, cannot be used to obtain claim information for AETNA, HMO or post Medicare coverage.

In addition, you can obtain information from the company’s website and the YBR Chat feature where representatives are available from 7:00A to 7:00P CT, Monday through Fridayor via Secure E-mail through YBR.
