AFA Survey PIN Recovery Option

We’ve heard from many of you that mail delivery in some areas might be slower than expected and this has affected the delivery of your AFA Membership Survey instructions. It’s important to understand that the survey is one way of providing feedback as it pertains to your view on how the Union should proceed in the event another reduction in force became a reality.
At the same time, we also understand it’s important for each of you to have the ability to participate in the survey. We want every Flight Attendant who wishes to participate in the survey to have the opportunity to do so. To this end, we’ve developed a system to facilitate getting you your credentials if you have not received them by today, Thursday, January 28.
If by the time you have received your postal mail on Thursday, you have not received your passcode, and don’t have an alternate ability to ask a member of your family or household to assist in getting you your passcode, you may send an email requesting this information be delivered by e-mail.
To do so, please send an email to email@example.com and include your full name, your employee number, and your seniority date for verification.
