United’s “HotelOps” Live Chat

Our Hotel and Transportation Committee has been advised that Inflight Scheduling and Inflight Administration has created a “HotelOps” Live Chat application.

The company designed chat feature enables you to chat with Hotel Desk representatives to confirm or cancel your travel accommodations using either your mobile device and/or desktop via the CCS application. 

The “HotelOps” Live chat is available between the hours of 06:00-22:00, 7 days a week. 

Our Hotel and Transportation Committee reminds us when issues arise with our Contractually provided hotel & transportation companies, in addition to reporting the issue with United, it is imperative that you also report this information to AFA.  When you directly provide us with the details, we have a record of the event and can bring these issues into our regular meetings with management.  Conversely, management does not always share the details of your reports with us.  While it may feel repetitive to copy and paste the information from United’s report to our AFA Hotel Reporting System, it does ensure our Union has the information and can work on a resolution.
