System Outage Affects Easy Chat Usage

We have been advised there is a system issue that is affecting Easy Chat functionality.  All departments, all stations are impacted.

Work is underway to diagnose the source of the problem.  We will continue to follow-up and will provide a status update as more information becomes available.
