We have become aware of various social media postings concerning the alleged use of questionable and inappropriate behavior between crew members in the workplace.
As an important reminder of the proper way to address issues that many arise with another employee, whether in person or on social media, your AFA Professional Standards Committee is the appropriate place for all concerns regarding any potential employee conflict to be directed.
Our EAP/Professional Standards Committees have the resources to address such matters in an effective way that does not involve management or discipline. Remember, once management becomes involved, we lose control over the situation and it may place someone’s job, possibly even your own, in jeopardy. Learn more on our website.
