Verify Your Personal Address in Company Records is Accurate

Summer flying is in full swing and with it more and more Flight Attendants are returning to the operation. COVID-19 brought changes for all of us. In some cases, base transfers and relocations occurred while Members were away from work on leaves of absence.
As many of us transition back to the line now might be the perfect time to remind everyone to take a moment to verify all your contact information is current in CCS and in company records via Flying Together.
To verify your current address and contact information on CCS: Select your name drop down menu in the upper right-hand corner > click My Information.
Review your recorded contact information for up to three (3) telephone contact options as well as any personal email information you would like to place on record with the company. If, during your review, you determine that changes/additions are necessary, select the edit icon. Make any updates and select save.
To ensure your information is correct on Flying Together: Select your name from the upper right-hand corner > Edit My Info > Select your contact info from the menu on the left of the page. Review your contact information and make any necessary changes.
It is important to understand that if you have moved and are living at a different address where different state or local taxes may apply, you are advised to update your address information using the following link:
Flying Together >> Employee Services >> My Info/Managers Tool Box >> Personal Details (tile)
From this same location on the Employee Services tab, if you need to amend your tax withholding information (i.e., number of dependents), you are also able to obtain access to W4 forms to modify that information.
Taking a moment to review your information is a good practice to keep everything as accurate and up to date as possible. This will help to avoid any issues later in the year if withholding changes were necessary due to a change in your number of dependents.
