2023 Benefits Open Enrollment Period

2023 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment for active employees begins on October 31, 2022 and will remain open until November 18, 2022.
It is critical that each of us understands the benefit options available to make informed decisions about your 2023 health and wellness coverage. Be sure to review the changes to next year’s benefit options, as outlined in United’s Enrollment guide. If you haven’t received your guide in the mail by the end of this month, you can download a copy through “Your Benefits Resource (YBR)” on the Flying Together website.
If you are currently enrolled for 2022 benefits and do not make an election for 2023, you will continue with the same coverage level, or a replacement plan selected by United if your current coverage is no longer available. Your Health Care or Dependent Care FSA elections will not automatically carry over to 2023. Remember that some plans are subject to change, so it is always a good idea to review your benefits during the open enrollment period and ensure you take advantage of the opportunity to change health care coverage, if necessary.
Enrollment is completed through United’s “Your Benefits Resource (YBR) website, which may be accessed through the “Useful Websites Link” on our website; or you may call the United Airlines Benefits Center with questions regarding enrolling or using the “Your Benefits Resource” website at (800) 651-1007.
