Broken Carts – Write it Up!

We are reminded that when we encounter a broken or malfunctioning cart (or any equipment), it needs to be reported.

If you find a defective cart, including the cart brakes, it should be tagged with a “Needs Repair” tag, as well as being written up in an IOR.

For the most effective reporting to obtain a prompt repair, include the carts’ serial number or a photo of the cart that includes the serial number when submitting your IOR report.
