Call Wait Time Reports

As we reported, we continue to hear from you about your inability to conduct the basic daily functions related to our work given the excessive call wait times in getting through to Crew Scheduling and the Flight Attendant Support Team (FAST).  

We have received reports and photo screen shots from Flight Attendants who have encountered lengthy call wait times for both Crew Scheduling and Crew Accommodations.  

We encourage you to continue to report on call wait times. Report on any of the excessive call wait times to get through to crew scheduling, and the Flight Attendant Support Team (FAST) to conduct routine tasks such as, obtaining hotel information, changes to reserve assignments, and the list goes on. 

Please fill out the Call Wait Times (CWT) Report Form.  And continue to send in the “screen shot” of your lengthy wait time to our MEC Office at debrief@unitedafa.org.
