Negotiations Survey III – Last Call

Last call for all United Flight Attendants to participate in the Negotiations Survey III. 

Every United Flight Attendant Member is being asked to take the Negotiations Survey III to help our Negotiating Committee gauge the current pulse of the membership in bringing your voice to the negotiating table, especially in the areas of scheduling and PBS.  

To take the online survey, you will need a 6-character access code. The access code is printed on the cover letter that is included in the survey envelope. A printed copy of the survey, along with your access code, was mailed to your address of record.

If you did not receive your survey mailing, please contact our Negotiations Survey Help Line at 800-624-3907, extension 550, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 0800 and 1800 Central Time, to obtain your access code.

Submit your survey today and remind your flying partners to do the same.
