Quarterly Incentive Compensation to be Paid on October 16 Pay Advice

As we approach the end of the third quarter in the calendar year, we want to remind Flight Attendants to be on the lookout for their Incentive Pay, which will be reflected in the October 16, 2023, Pay Advice.

Incentive pay is part of our Contract and is additional compensation to Flight Attendants who have flown more than two hundred (200:00) hours in a calendar quarter, which includes vacation and deadhead hours. This incentive pay extends up to a maximum of three hundred and thirty hours (330:00). However, please note that no incentive pay will be applicable for block hours flown in excess of one hundred and ten (110:00) hours in a bid month, as outlined in Section 4.B.1.
