Dear Lyn,

I am writing to congratulate you on the historic Tentative Agreement reached between Transportation Workers Union (TWU Local 556) and Southwest Airlines management. This achievement was hard fought and marks the culmination of five years of strength, resilience, and solidarity.

This Tentative Agreement shows all Flight Attendants the power of a Union and what we can achieve when we stand together. I applaud your perseverance through the adversity of union busting and the challenges negotiations bring. Through it all, TWU has pushed forward to fight for the improvements that Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants rightfully deserve and have now achieved.

As fellow Union siblings in solidarity, we share a unique bond. Our collective commitment to protect and improve this career for generations to come is a calling unlike any other. Today, you and your Members have answered the call.

What TWU has accomplished in this Tentative Agreement will not only improve the quality of life for your Members but will challenge the status quo of the industry working to propel all Flight Attendants forward.
