Status of Negotiations: We are not on Strike

United Flight Attendants are not on strike at this time. United Flight Attendants are not able to
strike or engage in CHAOS™ strike activity prior to having been released to strike by the
National Mediation Board following a period of federal mediation and the conclusion of a thirty
day cooling off period.
