Corporate Compliance CBT – DUE TONIGHT!

The 2023 Flight Attendant Corporate Compliance CBT must be completed by tonight, June 20, 2023, before 2359 Central Time. Access the CBTs through CCS > Training > TakeOff: Learning.

Once you finish the CBT, you will be compensated according to the contractual provisions outlined in Section 11.B.2. of our Contract. The credited compensation will be posted as Add Pay before the end of the pay period for the month in which the CBT is completed. Normally, the posting occurs within the first few days of the following month.

To ensure clarity regarding the posting of this payment to your Pay Register and to identify any potential discrepancies, it is crucial that you keep track of when compensation is added. If you notice any discrepancies or missing compensation, please file a pay claim through Help Hub.

Additionally, we recommend maintaining a record of completed CBT segments as a best practice. In case your completion is not accurately recorded, having proof of completion, such as a screenshot of completed segments or a copy of the CBT completion email, can prevent the need for you to retake a segment.
