Virtual Chat (Live Person Option) Temporarily Disabled

Due to the ongoing challenges of extreme irregular operations, Inflight Scheduling is taking steps to recover system wide. Starting today at 10:30 AM CT, and until further notice, management has decided to streamline Flight Attendant support channels. As a result, the live person option on the Virtual Chat in CCS will be temporarily disabled.

However, the automated deadhead deviation functionality will remain active. You can still reach out to FAST and Hotel Ops for assistance by selecting the respective items from the menu. Regarding contact with Crew Pay, please note that for any issues related to pairings that have already been flown, Crew Pay relies on Crew Scheduling to make corrections or updates. Given that operational matters take precedence for Crew Scheduling, there may be a delay in transmitting that information to Crew Pay. The most effective and preferred course of action is to file a Help Hub Inquiry.  Please keep in mind, submitting multiple requests for the same incident will only delay the resolution of all the issues that require attention.
