Regularly Scheduled Summer United MEC Meeting Daily Summaries

The Summer 2023 Regular Meeting of the United Master Executive Council (MEC) concluded today.

The United Master Executive Council (MEC) convened in Chicago this week to address matters concerning our Union and to advance and address United Flight Attendants' concerns. The meeting commenced on Thursday, July 13, 2023, and concluded on Friday, July 14, 2023.  

Our United MEC President – Ken Diaz, Vice-President – Adam Novish, and Secretary-Treasurer – Christopher Clarke presented updates as did our MEC Central Schedule, Reserve and Communications Committees through their annual reports.

On Day Two of the Meeting, our United MEC Negotiating Committee provided an update on the status of negotiations, which will be communicated to all United Flight Attendants via our quarterly "On the Line" publication and contract2021.org website.
