United Benefit’s LearnLux Financial Planning Program

Our AFA Benefits Committee learned that United Airlines has introduced the LearnLux financial planning program as part of its benefits package for employees.

This global program offers access to Certified Financial Planner™ professionals and top-notch money management tools. Each employee receives a personalized financial plan tailored to their specific goals, covering areas such as cash-flow management, retirement planning, benefits decisions, equity compensation, and total rewards. LearnLux provides various financial resources and tools, as well as confidential coaching with certified financial planners, assisting employees with budgeting, debt management, savings, and investments.

The LearnLux Certified Financial Planner™ professionals are an extension of the company's benefits team and are available to address employees' financial inquiries at any time. They offer additional support during open enrollment periods, equity events, and more.

To set up a LearnLux account, employees can sign up through the Flying Together Benefits platform page.
