2025 Vacation Instant Trades

Instant Vacation trades opened today, December 5, 2024, for the 2025 Vacation year. Instant Vacation trades need to be submitted 30 days prior to the 1st day of the earliest bid month involved in the trade, with one exception. January vacation days may be traded as late as December 9, 2024. As with all Instant Trades, they are awarded in the order in which they are received.

To submit an Instant Vacation Trade:

• Go to CCS > Vacation > MyVacation
• Navigate to Scheduled Vacation and expand the vacation period you want to trade by clicking the arrow.
• Select Instant OT Trade to access the Instant Trade process and enter your request. Trades are on a first come - first serve basis. You can check the status of your request by viewing the Instant Vacation Trade on the MyVacation page.
• You will receive a confirmation of a successful submission, but that does not indicate the trade has been awarded yet. It can take a little time to see the award, so be sure you see the award and not just the submission.

* Note the option is only available after the Vacation Trades open on December 5th. Note: you also have the option to do a Flight Attendant trade or option for a Fly Through
