AFA Remembers Pride Month & Condemns Administration Attacks on LGBTQIA+ Persons

Today is the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots; when a police raid led to backlash that fueled the modern-day gay rights movement.

We strongly support LGBTQ rights and will fight discrimination of any kind that undermines the strength of our community. We celebrate the diversity of our union and work every day to advance the rights of Flight Attendants and all people.

On June 25, 2019, the AFA Executive Board passed a resolution condemning the Trump Administration's attack on LGBTQIA+ persons.

The last Sunday in June is celebrated as Gay Pride Day. This weekend, we celebrate Gay Pride and the diversity that strengthens our Flight Attendant community.
