CCS Outage Delays Start of Open Window for EWR and beyond.
As a result of a CCS outage and to provide the company with the time necessary to identify the source of the problem, the start of open windows for EWR and beyond will be delayed 24 hours. Open windows will resume tomorrow morning at 0600.
In the meantime, CCS is operational and you are able to use the system for all other functionality, including mutual trades.
