Recently, United announced that their system was ready to accept COVID-19 booster shot information. It is important to maintain company records especially as international entry requirements are subject to change with each country’s individual COVID-19 precautions.
The COVID-19 booster, dose 3 for those inoculated with Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or dose two for those who received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is recommended by the CDC for anyone who is 6 months past the date when they received their last booster shot. The CDC has also shared that it is acceptable to take a different booster than your original vaccination. For example, those who have completed the Pfizer two dose regimen could receive the Moderna booster or those who received the J & J vaccine may receive the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
