Your safety during layovers is our top priority. It is essential to use the designated transportation and hotel accommodations to ensure a secure and smooth experience. Staying vigilant about hotel names, locations, and transportation instructions is just as important as maintaining safety while on duty.
In collaboration with our MEC Safety, Health and Security Committee, and ALPA, United has introduced a new policy to ensure all transportation vendors follow standardized safety procedures for identification.
This policy is especially important—particularly in foreign countries—to help prevent unauthorized limousine services or unverified cabs from posing as your scheduled provider.
