The initial roll-out of the Flight Attendant Bidding System (FABS) for vacation relief lines introduced to five bases, was completed for the February 2025 bid month. The next two phases of FABS will be in the rest of the bases in our system. It's worth noting that 80% of Flight Attendants who were part of phase 1 in CLE, LHR, IAD, ORD, and TPA got their first bid choices awarded.
Phase 2 for EWR, FLL, GUM, MCO, PHX, and SFO is set to start in April 2025 for the May 2025 bid month. Following with Phase 3 in our remaining bases to bid in May 2025 for the June 2025 bid month.
