The results from the second week of our Flight Attendant Promoter Score (FPS) have been posted on our dedicated AFAFPS.ORG website. For the week of August 5-12, 2022 United management scored a -96, which unfortunately, is less favorable than last week.

We will go into more detail about holding management accountable and agreeing to solutions that are non-concessionary and work for Flight Attendants later this week. But for today, we encourage you to continue to provide your survey feedback each week. This is not a one-and-done situation, we need you to participate for each weekly period to provide the most representative score we can achieve. Participation has been robust, and we need to keep that momentum going!

Remember, we want your honest feedback. If you’ve had a good experience with United management in the areas we provide the statements on, that should be reflected in your responses. We are providing a direct voice from you to management on exactly what needs to be addressed to improve the FPS.

Take the survey today, encourage your flying partners to do the same. Promote the promoter score and continue our solidarity to achieve solutions that work for Flight Attendants.
