The Flight Attendants at Frontier Airlines, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), this past week ratified a new five-year contract covering over 2,200 Flight Attendants, with 94 percent voting to ratify the agreement. The agreement was reached on March 19, 2019, with assistance from the National Mediation Board. Frontier flight attendants will immediately receive an average 24% wage increase.

“Frontier Flight Attendants fought hard for this contract and overwhelmingly voted to ratify it,” said Jennifer Sala, AFA Frontier President. “This contract provides immediate economic gains and locks in important work rules and protections for Flight Attendants. This shows the power of our Flight Attendant group when we stand together and fight for the contract we deserve.”

We congratulate our colleagues at Frontier for their success!
