In early 2024 the reporting system for Hotels and Transportation made a move to a new location on Flying Together. Members interested in filing a report should now visit FlyingTogether>HelpHub> FAs Hotel and Transportation. Members can also access the reporting tool on unitedafa.org/reports.
This reporting tool harmonizes the process for the company and Union to receive your concerns, safety issues, and any out-of-the-ordinary instances at our layover hotels and company-provided transportation. The completed form is automatically sent to your AFA representatives enabling our MEC Hotel and Transportation Committee to track and trend any issues.
As a reminder, when submitting your reports, please make sure to use all relevant facts, such as how you tried to remedy a situation and who you spoke to. As always, remain professional and respectful in your submissions.
If you have pictures or any video please include them in the report and attach them to the form.
